What data do we collect?
DigiBrass collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone, shipping and billing address, serial number of your purchased instrument)
- Instrument Usage data, which includes playing, configuration and error information linked to the serial number of the instrument.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with the data we collect in the following ways:
- At the time of purchase, we collect sufficient information to allow correct shipping and billing. This data is required for purchase.
- When using the DigiBrass Software, we collect information from the instrument and submit it to the DigiBrass website for storage and analysis. Use of the DigiBrass Software requires this data collection and our use of it for product support and improvement.
How will we use your data?
DigiBrass uses your data to:
- Process your orders and manage your account.
- Email you with news about DigiBrass including training materials, usage tips, and news about products.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve our products.
How do we store your data?
DigiBrass securely stores your data in the cloud, hosted by Google.
Marketing
DigiBrass may use your data to send you information about our products and services, and selected related products from partner companies. Damaged Goods Policy
Damages in Shipping
We hate it when this happens... and frankly, we're making efforts to prevent it with good packaging design and reliable shipping partners.
With that said, please inspect your order when it arrives. Please take a photo of any external damage to the packaging. Open the packaging carefully so that you could re-use it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 15-day return policy for such products that arrive damaged, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (not played), and in its original packaging (unless the original packaging is destroyed and you can't send it back - then use your own but do let us know).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@digibrass.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds for Goods Damaged in Shipping
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you may choose to have a replacement shipped to you, or we will provide a refund of the purchase price.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
